How it works
Mailcoach talks to Gmail, Outlook and Live, or any mail server you set up, directly over standard IMAP and SMTP. There is no Mailcoach server in between.
- 01Sign inPick your Google or Microsoft account and Mailcoach gets a token to your mailbox, never your password. For any other provider, enter its IMAP and SMTP details.
- 02Your mail syncs to the phoneRecent mail lands in the encrypted copy first, then new mail arrives the moment your server has it.
- 03Every action is written down firstEach archive or delete is saved on the phone before it's sent, and replayed until your server confirms it.
Install
- Download the APK on your phone and open it. Allow installs from your browser when Android asks.
- Open Mailcoach and sign in with your Google or Microsoft account, or set up another account with its IMAP details.
- Allow notifications if you want to hear about new mail.
What Mailcoach can access
- Internet
- To your mail provider and its sign-in, to senders’ websites for their logos, and to dl.seqavo.com when you check for updates. No seqavo server sees your mail.
- Background sync
- Keeps a connection open so new mail shows up without a refresh.
- Notifications
- Tells you when new mail arrives.

- None. No tracking, no account.
